In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, and other related Colombian regulations, Fresh[co] (hereinafter 'The Controller') informs its users, customers, drivers, and partner laundromats about its personal data processing policy. Data collected through our platform will be processed for the purpose of providing laundry logistics intermediation services, billing, customer support, and sending operational or commercial communications.

2. Rights of the Data Subject (Habeas Data)

As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:

• Know, update, and rectify your personal data before Fresh[co] or data processors.
• Request proof of authorization granted for the processing of your data.
• Be informed about the use made of your personal data.
• Revoke authorization and/or request deletion of your data when the processing does not respect constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees.
• Access free of charge to your personal data that has been processed.

3. Procedure to exercise your rights

To exercise your rights to know, update, rectify, and delete information, or to revoke authorization, the data owner may send a formal communication to our legal team via email at: freshcolombia.app@gmail.com.

The request must contain: the owner's full name, identification document, description of the facts giving rise to the claim, notification address, and any documents you wish to submit. Fresh[co] will respond to the request within the terms stipulated by Colombian law (maximum of 15 business days).

4. Policy Validity

This personal data processing policy is effective from the date of its publication on our website. The databases containing personal data will remain in effect for as long as the information is maintained and used for the purposes described in this policy.
