What's the turnaround time?

We pick up your clothes in the time slot you choose: 8 to 11 a.m. or 3 to 6 p.m., and you can order up to 2 hours before. If you choose a Sunday or holiday, we come on the next business day. With Express, if your clothes go in to wash before 2 p.m., we deliver them the same day. For Freshness subscription plans, we agree on a fixed day each week for pickup and delivery.

How much is delivery?

It depends on your area, and you see it before paying. Delivery is free on orders from $100,000.

What happens if an item gets damaged?

We have the Fresh[co] Guarantee. If any of your garments suffer verifiable damage during our process, we take full responsibility through our garment protection insurance.

How do payments work?
